Bridges - european recovery strategies for education after covid19
ABOUT THE PROJECT
Main assumptions
Our mission is to build 'bridges’ that will connect European education sector actors to support the development of students and schools to overcome the rushing 'river’ of Covid and lead young people safely into adulthood.
Our project aims for us and our partners from Iceland, Italy and Romania to develop tools, methodological and technological solutions to help European schools eliminate or minimise the negative impact of the Covid 19 pandemic on students’ competence acquisition. Within the Bridges project, Polish, Icelandic, Romanian and Italian teachers are working to create a 'DIGITAL BRIDGE’, an 'INNOVATION BRIDGE’, a 'SOCIAL INCLUSION BRIDGE’ and an 'ENTERPRISE BRIDGE’.
Each of these bridges stands for a distinct strategy to support education.
Project activities also include visits to partner countries. In January, we hosted project partners in Poland. And in March, we travelled to Iceland to build another 'bridge’ there.
Project details, educational materials and photos from the visits are available on the project website: https://bridges.infotech.edu.pl.
