The INFOTECH Foundation is a non-governmental, non-profit organisation closely linked to the innovative technology sector, composed of representatives of the business and scientific-research communities.
The main area of the Foundation’s activity is, above all, the education of children and young people in schools belonging to the Foundation, such as: The First Cluster Programming Technicum in Poland, INFOTECH High School or INFOTECH Primary School.
These activities are aimed at educating a new generation of highly specialised professionals. In addition, the Foundation initiates, supports and implements new development projects that enable the flow of knowledge, experience and skills between business and education (in the form of B2E).
Our mission is to change the way people view education – we want to make it a friendly and natural process of development and success.
Infotech aspires to be a place where development goes hand in hand with building strong, healthy and sound relationships. We aspire to create an environment where each member of the community contributes his or her unique value. That’s why we are constantly seeking a balance between giving and expecting support in achieving dreams and goals.
Infotech is a learning community where continuous Development is a priority. To make it possible, we consciously seek answers to the question „Why am I here?”. We value personal and team aspirations to be experts in their specialties or areas of business.
Reason is the foundation on which we build our methods of operation. Pragmatism, attention to quality and taking responsibility are the values through which we answer the question, „How can we realize our goals in an effective and ethical manner?”
The third pillar is Relationships, through which we build strong, mutually supportive relationships. Support, cooperation and empathy are the keys to creating a positive and productive atmosphere. Awareness of „With whom to interact?” helps you achieve your goals.
We have the ambition to become a centre for innovation and development. Our mission is not only to educate young minds, but also to inspire them to create change that shapes our society and industry. As a reliable partner for training projects across Poland, our experience and network of contacts make us an ideal choice for public administration and other sectors interested in developing competence in technology and innovation.

In the heart of Bialystok, there is a place where education meets the future. Infotech, the first initiative in Poland established by the Technology Companies Cluster, is a centre that not only teaches – it inspires, guides and transforms.
Our vision is not just to teach technology, but to shape minds that will guide the technological future of our country and the world.
Enrolling 450 students, Infotech is the largest non-public secondary school east of the Vistula River, with the Programming Technical School and Digital Media High School at the forefront.
With a focus on programming, the Internet of Things and AI, our education courses not only prepare students for the workplace, but also to be leaders in innovation.
Our results speak for themselves. With the second best matriculation exam results among technical schools in the Podlaskie Voivodeship, we testify to the excellence of our approach.
But our mission goes beyond the school. We cooperate with the IT Corner in Wrocław, the Podkarpackie IT Cluster in Rzeszów, and the Łódź ICT Cluster, creating a bridge between education and industry.
During lockdown, we trained 450 Polish teachers in just three days, demonstrating our ability to adapt quickly and act effectively. We provided remote education infrastructure for 380 teachers and 2,800 students in Podlasie, preserving the continuity of education in difficult times.
In 2023, we additionally trained 180 teachers and principals in the use of AI tools to keep up with the rapidly evolving world of technology.
Our innovative methodologies for the use of AI, the Technoplex incubation programme for students, and the integration of the tenets of the Finnish education model are examples of our drive for continuous development.
We develop not only technical skills, but also the soft skills of our students through the SOFTECH programme. Through our work in the cloud (Google Workspace) and research on the AUTOMATEUSZ tool, we demonstrate our innovation and commitment to educational development.
As an active member of the Polish Informatics Society, SoDA – Software Development Association Poland and LEWIATAN Employers’ Confederation, particularly involved in the EDTECH Group, we are at the heart of a network that creates new values, opportunities, ideas and project ideas and challenges.
These partnerships not only enable us to participate in important discussions on the future of technology education, but also give us the opportunity to share our innovations and participate in shaping the future of the EDTECH sector in Poland and globally.
We successfully run the largest non-public schools east of the Vistula River in Bialystok.
We are a place where learning is not only education, but also a real adventure inspired by the best educational models in the world.
It is a space for exceptional, creative students ready for a fascinating journey into the world of knowledge. With us, learning is a passion and technology is a tool for discovering new horizons.
